Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometry can be used to study microscopic particles that have been suspended in fluid when a light beam passes through the stream. At Cell Sciences, we carry a number of monoclonal antibodies that can be used for flow cytometry, as well as other analyses such as Western blotting and ELISA. If you do not find the antibodies that you need for your research in our inventory, check with us and we may be able to obtain them for you or manufacture them ourselves. We are an official distributor for many major biochemical manufacturers. In Latin America and the United States, we are the official distributor for Diaclone Research. They manufacture test kits for ELISA and ELISPOT, as well as monoclonal antibodies. We distribute cytokine antibodies from Diaclone Research that can used for flow cytometry. Our relationship with Diaclone Research makes it possible for us to offer custom antibody production. They can produce monoclonal antibodies that can be used for in vivo therapy. We also have partnerships with other manufacturers such as HyCult Biotechnology, for whom we distribute antibodies. In addition to stocking antibodies and immunochemical supplies from other suppliers, we have also begun to manufacture our own line of supplies. These include cytokines and antibodies, both monoclonal and polyclonal.
