Reconstitution:

Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile ddH2O to a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The solution can then be further diluted in other aqueous buffers.

Application notes:

In a direct ELISA (assuming 100 ?l/well), a concentration of 5-6 ?g/ml of this antibody will detect ?0.5 ng/well of recombinant Human BAFF when used in conjunction with goat anti-mouse horseradish peroxidase.

Storage/Stability:

Lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for ?1 month or at -20℃C for >1 year. After reconstitution, stable for ?6 weeks at 2-4℃C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
