Recombinant human MIP-3 alpha

Isotype:

IgG1K

Purification:

Protein A/G Chromatography

Reconstitution:

Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile ddH2O to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml. The solution can then be further diluted in other aqueous buffers.

Application notes:

ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 ?l/well), a concentration of 2-4 ?g/ml of this antibody will detect ?0.125 ng/ml of recombinant human MIP-3 alpha when used with an appropriate secondary reagent as the detection antibody.

Storage/Stability:

Lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature ?1 month and for >1 year at -20℃C. After reconstitution, stable for ?6 weeks at 2-4℃C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
