Data PDF:

CMM105

Specificity:

Human

Host Species:

Mouse

Immunogen:

Highly pure (>98%) recombinant human MIP-1a

Isotype:

IgG1K

Formulation:

Lyophilized from a solution in PBS without additives.

Purification:

Protein A/G Chromatography

Reconstitution:

Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile ddH2O to a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The solution can then be further diluted in other aqueous buffers.

Application notes:

Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hMIP-1a (100 ng/ml), a concentration of 5.0-10.0 g/ml of this antibody is required | ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100l/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 g

Storage/Stability:

Lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature ?1 month and for >1 year at -20℃C. After reconstitution, stable for ?6 weeks at 2-4℃C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
