Description:

Mouse Anti-Human High Density Lipoprotein Clone 1C5 mAb This antibody can be used for HDL depletion of human plasma, for detection of HDL in plasma either in combination with other monoclonal antibodies by using sandwich-ELISA or in competitive ELISA. The antibody is also useful for detection of HDL in tissue sections. This antibody increases the specific binding of HDL to rat and human hepatocytes and the efflux of cholesterol from hepatocytes prelabelled with 14C-acetate.
