Application notes:

The antibody strongly inhibits the binding of insulin to the insulin receptor in 3T3 cells. Recommended dilution for Immunoassay: 1:5,000 The optimal concentration should be determined by the user for each specific application.

Storage/Stability:

In lyophilized form, the antiserum is stable for at least 2 years at 2-4οΨΑC. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20οΨΑC or -80οΨΑC. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
