Reconstitution:

Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile PBS containing carrier (0.1% BSA) to a concentration of 0.05 mg/ml. The solution can then be further diluted in other aqueous buffers.

Application notes:

Use at 2-5 ?g/ml together with the appropriate secondary reagents. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.

Storage/Stability:

After reconstitution, stable for ?1 month at 2-4℃C or aliquot is stable for ?6 months at -20℃C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
