Detect native human VEGFR-2/KDR in ELISA experiments and on the surface of different human cell types.

Host Species:

Mouse

Immunogen:

Recombinant human soluble KDR protein.

Biotin

Formulation:

Lyophilized from a sterile filtered solution in 0.1 M Tris-Cl, pH 7.4 + 0.2 M NaCl containing preservative (0.02% Sodium Azide) and carrier (50x BSA).

Purification:

Protein G Chromatography

Reconstitution:

Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile PBS containing carrier (0.1% BSA) to a concentration of 0.5 mg/ml. The solution can then be further diluted in other aqueous buffers.

Application notes:

FACS analysis and cell sorting: Use at 2-5 ?g/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.

Storage/Stability:

Lyophilized antibody is best stored desiccated <0℃C. After reconstitution, stable at 2-4℃C for ?1 month or can be stored in working aliquots at 20℃C for >6 months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
