1 mg

Description:

Background: Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF) is a multifunctional growth factor which regulates both cell growth and cell motility. It exerts a strong mitogenic effect on hepatocytes and primary epithelial cells. HGF synergizes with Interleukin-3 and GM-CSF

Lyophilized

Formulation:

Lyophilized from a sterile filtered concentrated (1 mg/ml) solution in 50 mM Acetic Acid.

Purity:

>90% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses.

Biological Activity:

ED50: Typically 0.5-1.0 ng/ml (The activity was assayed for scattering activity in the MDCK cell assay).

Endotoxin Level:

<0.1 ng/g

Reconstitution:

Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile ddH2O to a concentration of ?0.1 mg/ml. The solution can then be further diluted in other aqueous buffers.

Storage/Stability:

Lyophilized protein is stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, but is preferably stored desiccated at -20℃C. After reconstitution, stable for 1 week at 2-4℃C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20℃C with a carrier protein (0.1%
