The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined and was found to be Cys-Asp-Leu-Pro-Glu

Reconstitution:

Centrifuge the vials prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile ddH2O to a concentration of ?0.1 mg/ml. The solution can then be further diluted in other aqueous buffers.

Storage/Stability:

Lyophilized protein is stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, but is preferably stored desiccated <-20℃C. After reconstitution, stable for 1 week at 2-4℃C. For long term storage, store at -20℃C with a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
