STAT1

Uniprot Name:

Signal transducer and activator of transcription 1-alpha/beta

Uniprot ID:

P42224

Data PDF:

CRS602

Source:

E. coli

Molecular Weight:

~90 kDa

Physical State:

Lyophilized

Formulation:

Lyophilized from a sterile filtered (through a 0.22 micron filter) solution without carrier.

Purity:

>95% by SDS-PAGE analysis.

Reconstitution:

Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in 10 mM Tris, pH 7.5 to a concentration of 0.2-1.0 mg/ml. The solution can then be further diluted in other aqueous buffers.

Storage/Stability:

Lyophilized protein is stable at 2-4℃C for 1 year from date of receipt, but is preferably stored desiccated. After reconstitution, stable for ?2 weeks at 2-4℃C or aliquot and store at ?-20℃C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Application notes:

The optimal concentration should be determined for each specific application.
