CHO cells

Molecular Weight:

25.0 kDa

Physical State:

Lyophilized

Formulation:

Lyophilized from a sterile filtered solution in Sodium Citrate buffer, pH 3.5.

Purity:

>98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses.

Biological Activity:

ED50: <0.05 ng/ml (As determined by the ability of TGF-1 to inhibit the mouse IL-4-dependent proliferation of mouse HT-2 cells).

Specific Activity:

>2 x 10E7 U/mg

Endotoxin Level:

<0.1 ng/g

Reconstitution:

Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile ddH2O to a concentration of 50 g/ml to yield a solution of 1 mM citrate buffer, pH 3.5. The solution can then be further diluted in PBS containing 2 mg/ml albumin or other aqueous buffers.

Storage/Stability:

Lyophilized protein is preferably stored at -20℃C. After reconstitution, stable for 1 week at 2-4℃C or aliquot and store at -20℃C.
