Description:

Background: TSLP is a hemopoietic protein that is expressed in the heart, liver and prostate. TSLP overlaps biological activities with IL-7 and binds with the heterodimeric receptor complex consisting of the IL-7R alpha chain (IL-7Ra) and the TSLP-specifi

Lyophilized from a sterile filtered (through a 0.2 ?m filter) concentrated (1 mg/ml) solution in 20 mM PB, pH 7.4 + 150 mM NaCl.

Purity:

>98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses.

Biological Activity:

ED50: <0.3 ng/ml (Measured by its ability to induce proliferation of human IL-7Ra and human TSLP R co-transfected mouse BaF3 cells). Fully biologically active when compared to standard.

Reconstitution:

Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile ddH2O or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. The solution can then be further diluted in other aqueous buffers.

Storage/Stability:

Lyophilized protein is stable at 2-4℃C, but is preferably stored desiccated at -20℃C. After reconstitution, stable for 1 week at 2-4℃C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20℃C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
