Immunostaining/Immunohistochemistry: Use diluted 1-10 ?g/ml IgG | Western blotting: Use 110 ?g/ml IgG | Immunoprecipitation: Use 1-5 ?g IgG per 1 ml lysate or reaction volume.

Storage/Stability:

Lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature, but is preferably stored desiccated at <0℃C. After reconstitution, stable for >1 month at 2-4℃C or in working aliquots for >6 months at -20℃C.
