Protein G Chromatography

Reconstitution:

Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile PBS containing carrier (0.1% BSA) to a concentration of 0.05 mg/ml. The solution can then be further diluted in other aqueous buffers.

Application notes:

Immunostaining/Immunohistochemistry: Use diluted 1-10 ?g/ml IgG. Western blotting: Use 110 ?g/ml IgG. Immunoprecipitation: For IP use 1-5 ?g IgG per 1 ml lysate or reaction volume. The antibody will detect a 36-40 kDa band in Western blotting.

Storage/Stability:

After reconstitution, stable for ?1 month at 2-4℃C or aliquot is stable for ?6 months at -20℃C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
