Reconstitution:
Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile ddH2O to a concentration of ?0.1 mg/ml. The solution can then be further diluted in other aqueous buffers.
Storage/Stability:
Lyophilized protein is stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, but is preferably stored desiccated at -20℃C. After reconstitution, stable for 1 week at 2-4℃C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20℃C with a carrier protein (0.1%
